Setting
▲ Light move light lay, please move
the bottom of storage battery,not move it by taking hold of terminal or
suspend battery by terminal.
▲ Prohibiting open up exhaust
valve,or else leading to bad seal and affect the performance and life of
storage battery.
▲ Not mixed using of different spec
products.
▲ Using in drafty condition, not
setting in close container or room.
▲Please connect storage batteries
first, and then connect with charge equipment and load. Please correctly
connect anode with cathod, and examine bolt and nut screwed down or
not(tweaking distance of connecting bolt: GFM battery: about 11N.m; FM
battery: about 8N.m).
▲ In order to achieve anticipative
using life, please choose charge equipment of automatical limiting
current and firming voltage,and possessing equipment which have the
function of protecting over-voltage、short voltage、over-current and
alarm. Firming voltage precision of charge equipment should be ±2%,
ripple current should under 0.1C10A when extension of load change is
0-100%.
Using
It may mangle storage battery if over biggest discharge current or
longest discharge time.
▲Floating charge function
Voltage of GFM battery is 2.23V every monomer, FM battery is
13.6-13.8V in 25℃. If the temperature is higher than 25℃, voltage
should be reduced, otherwise should be increased.In different
temperature, the proofread modulus of voltage is ±3mV/℃/monomer.
▲Cycle using
After discharging, please immediately charge up according to limiting
current measure in constant voltage.
In 25 ℃, initial biggest current should be 0.1-0.125C10A, charge up at
2.35-2.40V voltage.
If the temperature is higher (or lower) than 25℃, can adjust voltage
according to the proofread modulus is 4mV/℃/monomer.
Examination and maintenance
▲Examine and maintain it when storage
battery working, and completely record it.
▲Examine battery appearance 、voltage
on time.
▲Examine battery every month.
